Don't worry, we will find a solution. Please check first why the payment did not go through and contact your bank or PayPal to have the payment authorized or to check if you have sufficient funds.
We will then try to collect the outstanding payment from your added payment method again in a few days to unblock your account.
Alternatively, you have the option to add another credit card or PayPal in the app, from which the payment can be collected. Please let us know via our contact form.
If you no longer have access to your payment method, e.g. because your credit card has been stolen and you will not be able to add it again in the app in the future, please contact our customer support as well so that we can assist you in the further process.
